Jude C. Nibo is the President/CEO of EnsolAfrik. Before joining EnsolAfrik, Mr. Nibo was the CEO of Entelechy Inc., a United States Non-Governmental Organization based in Los Angeles, California. He also worked for a ranking United States Congressman, Office of the President of Nigeria (Transition Implementation Committee) and Shehu Shagari World Institute for Leadership and Good Governance in Nigeria. Mr. Nibo spent several years volunteering for governments and non-governmental organizations in the United States and Africa.

Mr. Nibo holds a degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Peace and Conflict Resolution, with special emphasis on Development in Africa through Diplomacy. He also holds a graduate degree from Yale University, in International and Area Studies with emphasis on Transitions in Africa.
